About
Ethics and Boundaries
Clear lines on what I help with, what I don't, and why those boundaries matter.
What I Help With
- ✓Privacy-minded company formation: reducing unnecessary public-record exposure through lawful entity structures
- ✓Operational privacy: practical habits and systems for digital footprint reduction and exposure management
- ✓Specialist introductions: connecting you with vetted trust attorneys, CPAs, registered agents, and trustees (no referral fees)
- ✓Education and guidance: teaching you how to evaluate privacy tools, understand threat models, and make informed decisions
What I Don't Do
- ✗Tax evasion or illegal concealment: I do not help with hiding assets from lawful authorities, evading taxes, or avoiding KYC/AML requirements
- ✗Legal or tax advice: I'm not an attorney or CPA. I provide educational guidance only and connect you with licensed professionals when needed
- ✗Act as a fiduciary: I don't serve as a registered agent, trustee, or officer for your entities. I make introductions to those who do
- ✗Guarantee outcomes: Privacy work requires ongoing maintenance. I provide education and setup, not permanent protection
Compliance-First Philosophy
Every formation and strategy I recommend starts with compliance. That means:
- •Beneficial ownership reporting (FinCEN BOI) is filed accurately and on time
- •Bank KYC requirements are met honestly and completely
- •Tax obligations are understood and fulfilled (with CPA guidance where needed)
- •Industry-specific regulations are identified and addressed
Privacy is about reducing unnecessary exposure in public records and routine searches, not about hiding from lawful oversight.
No Conflicts of Interest
I do not receive:
- •Referral fees or commissions from specialists I introduce
- •Affiliate revenue from tools or services I recommend
- •Kickbacks from registered agents, trustees, or other service providers
My only compensation is the fee you pay me directly. This keeps my guidance unbiased and aligned with your interests, not a third party's.
When I'll Say No
I reserve the right to decline engagements if:
- •The stated goal is evasion, concealment from lawful authorities, or non-compliance
- •The situation requires legal or tax advice I'm not qualified to provide
- •There's a conflict of interest or ethical concern
- •I don't have the expertise to help responsibly
If I can't help, I'll tell you directly and suggest where to find the right expertise.
